Laurie Giles has served numerous judicial and governmental appointments. These appointments include Special Master - Connecticut Superior Court, Ethics Commissioner – Trumbull, CT., Hearing Officer – Bridgeport, CT Board of Education, Labor Relations Officer- Bridgeport, CT, and Co-Chair United States Justice Department convened task force - Trumbull, CT.
Her ability to present complex legal and business issues in an understandable manner has made her a sought-after speaker, continuing education lecture, and media source. A former radio talk show host, she has been a guest on numerous local and national radio and television shows. She has been featured in numerous publications including The New York Times, Hearst Connecticut Publications, Globe and Mail, Arthritis Today, Charlotte Observer, Work Style and the Connecticut Law Tribune.
Ms. Giles who is a certified coach, received a Bachelor of Psychology from Springfield College. She received her Masters in Higher Education Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and a J.D. from Rutgers University. She also completed certified mediator training at Syracuse University.
